Heart and belly as full as the full moon πŸ˜†

We celebrated my FIL’s birthday at Long Beach IMM today.

Clarissa presented the gift with a “ι˜Ώε…¬οΌŒη”Ÿζ—₯εΏ«δΉοΌŒθΊ«δ½“ε₯εΊ·!”

Hahahaha I was actually trying to teach her to say “η¦ε¦‚δΈœζ΅·οΌŒε―Ώζ―”ε—ε±±γ€‚”

But she laughed and said it was too hard. πŸ˜†

Ah-gong was happy with her simple greeting lol so I guess we don’t have to over-achieve.

Ah-gong was super protective of this little one.

I fed her before the food came. She was very kaypo as usual and kept turning to look outside. So there were bits of food dropping off or smearing the side of her mouth, and Ah-gong was quick to wipe the table each time a bit of porridge dropped.

At one point, Allie had porridge at the side of her mouth and Ah-gong took the wipes I left on the table to mop it off her mouth immediately.

I had to stop him quickly without sounding too alarmed, because those were used wipes that I cleaned the table with. πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

I think the wipes touched her mouth but I’m not going to think too much about it. πŸ™ŠπŸ™ˆ

She finished eating before our food came and so she was her usual self turning and looking around, and trying to stand up in the high chair because the buckle was faulty.

Ah-gong took every opportunity to carry her out of the high chair and go for a walk. πŸ˜‚

And he’d deliberately ask someone else to try carrying her despite knowing she would reject them as she hadn’t warmed up yet.

Proud Ah-gong. πŸ˜†

Headed home for the girls (and us parents) to take a nap before we headed out to my parents’ place for dinner and mooncake.

Hello? Mooncake at 7pm ok?

We left the bumbo seat at my parents’ and it turned out to be super useful.

She sat in it while I fed her dinner and after we were done with dinner.

Happy bubs!

Wai-gong looked after her while we had dinner first.

Still on the phone.

A stripes kinda day.

The big one fooled around with Ah-ah.

She was visibly happy when she realised her Ah-ah was at home lol.

Literally sprang out of the couch to run into Ah-ah’s room.

We stuffed ourselves silly with all sorts of food ranging from roasted chicken to carrot cake to oyster omelette.

And shared some mooncake to top the evening off.

No lantern-carrying this year but the full moon is in my heart ok? πŸ˜…πŸ˜†

One minute to Monday.
